This model presents the distribution of physical activity in 4 realms: [h]ome, [w]ork, [l]eisure and [t]ravel in a tridimentional array of concepts. This array follows the logic of a 2x2 array, where 2 graduated concepts are mapped in a perpendicular way distributing the observed elements in a bidimentional temperature map. The initial cocepts are sociability, graduated from strictly personal —a personal activity— up to a social one. The other concept is the idea of excersice versus activity, which is represented by the implicit-explicit axis. This model adds a third perpendicular concept which is the actual energetic level required in that activity (from low energy to high energy). The resulting mapping shows a volumetric representation of the data or a "solid idea". This help triangulate specific cases and identify design opportunities in a complex set of relationships.
